We are looking for an Enterprise Engagement Director to build a network of corporate clients in search of web3 talent for freelance and full-time roles. Aspiring web3 developers from around the world come to Metacrafters to learn blockchain coding skills to start or advance their web3 careers. Your role is to help them land web3 jobs by bringing corporate clients (ranging from start-ups to F100) to our talent collective for their hiring needs.
What You Will Get to Do:
- Along with the SVP of Enterprise Engagement, secure the first 100 customers!
- Provide input to strategic conversations and decisions about marketing, product development, pricing, and network building.
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Help build and constantly improve our corporate client outreach approach, go-to-market strategies, sales tactics, as well as influence team culture and how we work together.
- Spend most of your time talking to employers in the web3 space!
Our ideal Enterprise Engagement Director…
- has 3+ years of experience either as a technical recruiter or in B2B tech sales with a track record of:
- selling services or talent by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
- taking a consultative approach with clients and recommending solutions
- maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
- working with internal teams to facilitate smooth sales cycles from end to end
- has the ability to build sales processes from scratch, draft sales enablement materials, and identify tech solutions for outreach needs
- is self-motivated, data-driven, highly-accountable, and a problem-solver.
- is masterful at relationship-building, understanding customer needs, and closing deals.
- can naturally nurture relationships with people from different regions of the world.

compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 base salary + variable
