Your job will be to lead & scale a team to recruit the IT builders of the Philippines from every channel - from hiring and recruitment firms to developer communities. Understand what’s important to them. And recruit them to learn part-time through our platform.
In the same way Uber/Grab onboards and takes care of their drivers with standard procedure, you as Metacrafter Ops Managers will onboard our developers into our learning community and learning courses. You will design and execute Standard Operating procedures.
This also includes being an active community manager on our discord! This will be our giant group chat for managing a vibrant community of developers.
We believe Filipinos can be a driving force for the talent in the metaverse. You will be an instrumental force in making this possible!
What You’ll Work On:
- Onboard the next million Web3 developers with Proof of Learn!
- Leading our Recruitment Operations for the largest talent pool of BPO IT talent and onboard them to our learning platform
- Lead interfacing with Hiring & Recruitment firms, Crypto Gaming Guilds as channels for leaners
- Recruiting and scaling a team & Ops for leaners
- Designing an SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) to onboard devs smoothly onto our platform. E.g. crypto wallet, dev environment, helpful dev documentation, Discord onboarding, etc.
- Manage vibrant dev community on Discord
Interests / Skills You’ll Need to Bring:
- Passion for Web3 & is crypto-forward
- Previous Country Manager or Leader in a prominent Filipino Startup
- Existing relationships with Hiring Firms
- Strong ability to recruit people
- Bonus: has knowledge of IT / BPO Industry
