You will be working on a new consumer native app in stealth mode. Our goal is a world where working parents and individuals have a support system and can help find balance in their day to day lives. We will be working at the intersection of experiences driven by AI and trusted human partners.

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll be a "hands-on smart creative" who thrives at the intersection of AI products, data science, and seamless user experience. You'll leverage your understanding of the landscape of products in this space to scope, create, and specify innovative features that drive acquisition and retention. You'll own the platform roadmap, performance measurement, testing, and user research, making informed strategic and tactical decisions while communicating your vision and progress to stakeholders.

We're seeking a self-motivated worker with an entrepreneurial spirit and a proven record of creative problem-solving and innovative thinking. To succeed in this role, you must be an exceptional collaborator with outstanding organizational and communication skills. We also value technical PMs who have a strong foundation in understanding both proven ML techniques as well as the new wave of LLM capabilities.  You'll need to be able to align and influence cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders to deliver exceptional results. You must be goal-oriented, driven by a strong work ethic, and capable of managing complex projects across multiple teams while evangelizing within the organization.

What You Bring:

  • 8+ years of direct to consumer product management experience with 3+ years of taking new products and/or businesses from zero to one
  • Strong understanding of funnel optimization, A/B testing methodology, and experience running tests
  • Experience working with product design and building sticky, engaging customer experiences
  • Relentless focus on engagement and retention
  • Demonstrated experience delivering delightful features at scale
  • The instinct to get on a whiteboard and explain your thinking, and even faster to document that thinking into expected use cases and user behaviors, driving UX for new features from start to finish
  • Past success analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and adjusting strategy accordingly
  • Experience with launch and iteration of product and features
  • Strong quant skills and ability to identify and measure metrics that will matter
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts, translate business objectives into actionable outcomes, and communicate implications to a senior audience
