As our first Community Manager in India, you will have the opportunity to build, grow, and support our community of users, devs, and partners for our fast-moving edtech startup!
You will be responsible for:
- partnering with other Proof of Learn team members to meet quarterly Metacrafters’ student completion, retention, and satisfaction targets by:
- responding in a timely manner to any student questions or learning roadblocks and engaging with other Proof of Learn team members (e.g. engineering, learning, or enterprise engagement) to resolve issues quickly;
- participating in ongoing relationship management with university partners including sharing student experience data and feedback;
- fostering a positive and engaging community culture by creating and curating relevant content, hosting AMA sessions; and,
- monitoring and analyzing community sentiment and patterns in inquiries and learning road-blocks to identify trends and insights to proactively share with Proof of Learn team leaders; and to drive decisions that improve the community experience.
- growing the engagement of the broader Metacrafters community by:
- developing and implementing an engagement strategy which includes creating events, contests, and talks that keep the community excited;
- collecting and track community engagement data to drive improvements and provides insights to leadership team;
- responding in a timely manner to any questions or feedback from community members;
- building and managing relationships with key community stakeholders, including developers, influencers, and partners; and,
- partnering with the Proof of Learn marketing team to create and implement social media and content marketing strategies.
What you will bring:
- At least 3 years of experience in community management or social media management, preferably in the Web3 or blockchain space
- Software development background or deep understanding of software development concepts requirements
- Be a master creator of dev & crypto memes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
